You will peer edit each other's work in wikispaces prior to submitting it in Webcourses. Each group has four members. You will pair up to edit each other's work. Please be aware of deadlines so you don't wait until the last minute to submit your work for peer editing. That would not be fair to your classmate. Once your work has been peer edited, you will post it in WEBCOURSES for my comments by the deadline. I will not read a composition which has not been peer edited by a classmate. Suggestion: Write your composition in "word" and then copy and paste it in wikispaces for editing. Familiarize yourself with the editing tools in the wiki. Each editor must sign their name once they have edited their classmate's work at the bottom of the composition. You earn participation points as a peer editor. Agree on a color to highlight your comments

2. your midterm project
Your midterm project is a photo documentary. You will choose a topic between the themes studied in chapter 1 through 3. You will collaborate with your classmates to create a blog in which you will discuss the theme(s) you chose to develop. You will use a total of 10 pictures or more to include in your blog. Each picture must have a caption of about 10 sentences per picture. You and your group members must appear in at least 30 % of the pictures. You will upload your pictures in flickr www.flickr.com You must have a yahoo account to post on flickr.
3. your final project
Students will work in group on the production of a magazine. Each group will choose their magazine style. However, the columns inside the magazine must reflect the six themes introduced in your text. Further direction will be given later based. Students will demonstrate all the writing skills they have acquired throughout the semester in their final project. The magazine should include samples of descriptions, portraits, interview, travels, essays, …etc.
